Welcome to Abundantly Minimal!

 I believe in living abundantly, which to me, means choosing joy, practicing gratitude, and challenging myself to have a positive impact on as many people as possible. I love traveling to new places, cooking up delicious plant-based recipes, spending quality time with my husband, family, and friends, designing new curriculum or workbooks, taking pictures, making videos, and watching movies!

The thing I love most about minimalism is how it connects to everything, whether that is curating a space you love or prioritizing what is most important to you. Minimalism is about shopping less and spending better, living more sustainably, and cutting out the noise to amplify your truth. Minimalism affects our physical belongings, our mindset and beliefs, our relationships, our finances, our carbon footprint, the way we spend time, the food we eat, the way we travel, how we communicate, and so much more. 2015

  • Discovered minimalism from a and began simplifying

2016

  • Started the

  • Hosted the first annual “Minimal May” on

  • Started the Abundantly Minimal Podcast and recorded (before ultimately discontinuing it to focus on YouTube)

  • Hosted the 2nd annual “Minimal May” on YouTube, with a collection of 28 videos uploaded during May

  • Began a  to document the decluttering process

2018

  • Published Eat Simple, a plant-based and minimal cookbook ebook

  • Reached 10,000 subscribers on YouTube

  • , author and founder of Becoming Minimalist, to help promote his book
